Yes — all our 3D Shop products are made to order and can be personalised with your details. For fully bespoke AATHAAR commissions, please use the commission enquiry form on the AATHAAR page and we will discuss your requirements directly.

We begin production shortly after your order is confirmed, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gift3dfactory.com if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders for events, gifts or corporate orders. Please contact us at hello@gift3dfactory.com with your requirements and quantities and we will provide a quote.

You enter your personalisation details directly on the product page — for example, a registration plate number, name and number for a football shirt, or initials for a keyring. Please double-check your details carefully before ordering as we reproduce exactly what you provide.

We produce exactly what you enter, so please check carefully before placing your order. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away. If production has already started, we may not be able to correct it and a new order may be required.

For standard 3D Shop products, the product images give an accurate representation of the finished item. For private AATHAAR commissions, we can provide a design preview before production begins.

Most 3D Shop items are dispatched within 3–7 working days. AATHAAR pieces are handcrafted to order and typically take 7–14 working days. UK delivery via Royal Mail is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination — please see our Delivery page for details.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International. Delivery times and costs vary by country. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

UK delivery is free over £30 after savings. For orders under £30 after savings and for international orders, delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Please see our Delivery page for full details.

Tracked shipping is available on selected services. If you require tracking, please mention this at the time of order and we will advise on the options and any additional cost.

As all items are personalised and made to order, they are generally exempt from standard return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was described, we will always put it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We package all items carefully, but if something arrives damaged please email us at hello@gift3dfactory.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Contact us at hello@gift3dfactory.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We aim to resolve all issues within 5 working days.

All our products are 3D printed using premium PLA+ filament. PLA+ is a high-quality, durable, plant-based plastic with a smooth finish. AATHAAR pieces may also incorporate canvas, magnetic hardware, and other premium materials depending on the product.

We work hard to ensure colours are accurate, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and the nature of 3D printing. If you have a specific colour requirement, please mention it in your order notes.

Our products are designed for everyday use and are made from premium PLA+. They are robust for normal handling but should be kept away from prolonged high heat (e.g. direct sunlight in a hot car) as PLA+ can deform above around 60°C.
