1. About Us
GIFT3D Factory is a UK-based business selling bespoke 3D printed gifts. Our contact email is hello@gift3dfactory.com. These terms apply to all purchases made through gift3dfactory.com.
2. Made to Order
All products are made to order. We do not hold stock. Your item will be printed specifically for you following confirmation of your order. Production begins only after your order has been confirmed and any deposit received.
3. Personalisation
You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details. Please double-check spellings, numbers and any specific instructions before submitting your order. We will reproduce exactly what you provide. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds where an error was made in the information you supplied.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to amend prices. For private commissions, the quoted price is confirmed at the time of commission acceptance.
5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. For standard products, full payment is typically required to begin production. For private commissions, a deposit is required upfront with the balance due prior to dispatch. We will confirm all payment terms before beginning work.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch times are estimates from the date of order confirmation. We aim to meet all stated timescales but cannot guarantee delivery dates, particularly for international shipments or during peak periods. Please see our Delivery page for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.
7. Returns & Refunds
As all items are personalised and made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will, however, resolve any issues caused by our error, damage in transit or significant quality defects. Please see our Returns page for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, logos and content on this website are the property of GIFT3D Factory or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission. Where you supply us with designs or text for personalisation, you confirm you have the right to use that material.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
